NJ Appeals Court: Plaintiff Can’t Anonymously Pursue OPRA Complaint
The Appellate Division recently ruled against a plaintiff attempting to anonymously pursue a complaint under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) in Superior Court.
